The Adventures of Koko & Teddy Edition - The Advocates (OAJ) Heroes through time
#Epidemic 3 By Isabel Cutter
The ancients of the lakes have been with us since the dawn of time, in great landlocked lakes found in the hearts of the in all continents. These lakes have quarantined diverse living fossils. The landlocked fresh water lakes are oxygenated to depths of between 100-200 meters. When exploring the lakes we find that Samuel Wilberforce’s criticism of Darwin’s theory comes to life as he was his biggest critic. Darwin's tree of evolution increasingly becomes useful in this instance. The ancient bacterium and viruses isolated in these lakes have similar biologic mutations globally. With our knowledge of natural biology unlike synthesised biology, evolution is continuing as these lakes drain across Africa, America and Asia. Within them secrets to our past and future. Nature's revenge.
Meanwhile Koko and Teddy somewhere in Africa....
Koko: Hello darling! How was the dive?
Teddy: Best marine life I have seen in ages. The decontamination sucked though.
Koko: Did you bring me any beauties?
Teddy: Depends on whether I get a kiss?
Koko: Welcome back (leaning in she kissed him)
Teddy: Here are your samples from the riverbed and the mud fish you requested.
Koko: Thanks put on them on ice.
Teddy: Here are your water samples from the sea, the UN just dropped them in.
Akeya: Sweetheart step outside, I need to quarantine koko.
Teddy: Dont kill my wife Akeya, your methods are crossing ethics now.
Akeya: Dont argue with me, she knows the risks.
Koko: It’s okay I have lowered the lab temperatures and I will be in my bio suit.
Teddy: I will wait behind the glass.
Akeya: Let’s get to work.
Koko: Notice the similarity in the genomes at theses points.
Akeya: I see them, lets target that area with the antivirus.
Koko: I have retrieved blood samples from the temple, let do this.
Akeya: So let’s look at the mutations in the viruses.
Ameriah: I will get the transcripts from the temple translated for Ranybow.
Koko: Teddy you are the muscle, don’t ask me any more questions. Akeya! Lets go splice some genomes.
Teddy: She is in the kill zone now.
Dei: They look hot when they are angry.
Teddy: Damn straight.
Dei: Sorry ladies new orders have come in.
Koko: We are going sailing on a lake, I need more samples.
Teddy: You have been very secretive Koko. My love we need to chat in private.
Koko: Sure thing, honey.
Dei: Let’s move out.
