Igloos are a natural insulation from the element in cold climates. They are sustainable and made from a natural resource. In case of emergencies in a snow environment, use the daylight to survey your are do not build on avalanche risk mountain. Please ensure you carry a torch and matches, travel blanket. If you do not have time to build or set up camp please look for a cave or shelter where possible. Safety first.
The composition of the atmosphere determines air temperatures, weather patterns and is responsible for chemical reactions that clean the air of pollutants determines the amount of snow fall we receive. Snow blindness occurs because of the deterioration of the ozone layer. It is important to monitor carbon emissions and reduce carbon trading between nations. We will in turn preserve marine, forestry and human life.
